Basically, all parents whose children attend the Smart City Leopoldinum elementary school are extraordinary members of the parents’ association. However, this does not give them voting rights and they are not included in the insurance. As soon as the parents’ association fee of 20 euros (per family) has been paid, the family becomes a full member of the parents’ association.
